Join Marika Marika of Earthborn Yoga and Wellbeing for this rebalancing yoga nidra and soundscape. Designed to take you on a journey where you can explore within, coming back to equilibrium, then ending in a place of deep, nourishing rest.
Starting with a yoga nidra through a guided body scan and journey, the sounds of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and more playing throughout the room will then create an immersive soundscape.

Yin, Pin & Sound
Join Marika Furnell of Earthborn Yoga and Wellbeing, and Dr Weidi Chen of AcuChen Chinese medicine and acupuncture for two hours of Yin, Pin & Sound.
Marika will guide you through the first part of the session with grounding Yin Yoga. This will be followed by Weidi supporting you on your savasana journey using acupuncture points & pins to complement the practice, encourage continued energy flow throughout the body, and promote deep relaxation.
Your savasana will also be supported by yoga nidra and the sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong & chimes played throughout the room, creating a blissful, immersive experience.
